Refund policy
AEDARI, we take great care in the quality, finishing, and presentation of every piece.
If something isn’t right, we’re here to help — within the limits of applicable consumer laws.
This policy complies with UAE Consumer Protection Law and applies to all purchases made through our website.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return if:
- The item is defective, damaged, or incorrect upon delivery
- The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition
- All original tags, packaging, and accessories are intact
- The return request is submitted within 7 days of receiving your order
Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and product integrity reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded, unless proven defective:
- Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery
- Items without original tags or packaging
- Sale, discounted, or promotional items
- Items purchased using store credit
- Custom or limited-edition items (if applicable)
This is in line with UAE consumer regulations for apparel and personal-use goods.
3. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item (and defect, if applicable)
- Reason for return
Once approved, you will receive return instructions.
Returns sent without approval may not be accepted.
4. Return Shipping
- If the return is due to a defect, damage, or incorrect item, AEDARI will cover return shipping.
- If the return is for any other eligible reason, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
We recommend using a trackable courier service, as AEDARI is not responsible for lost return shipments.
5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Bank processing times may vary and are outside our control
If the returned item does not meet our return criteria, it will be sent back to you at your expense.
6. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If eligible, you may:
- Return the item for a refund
- Place a new order separately
This allows faster processing and better inventory accuracy.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
- First, check your bank or payment provider
- Then contact your payment provider directly
